RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Returns or exchanges are accepted on full priced items within 15 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Every garment shipped has a tag attached reading "Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned". Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns time frame.

 Afterpay payments are not eligible for a refund but can be returned for an exchange to the same value only.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers may not be returned and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue for our online store only.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES REQUIRE

We are driven by your complete satisfaction with your C h a r m a é investment piece. You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt and if you meet the below requirements:

  • Proof of purchase provided
  • Tags and original packaging attached
  • Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed
  • Full price items only
  • Purchased online full price items only
  • Returns Form filled out and added to your return

  • Sale items are not eligible for return. We do however offer sale items an exchange of size or credit note. 

Postage of Exchange or Refund

C h a r m a é does not take the responsibility of customer sent return or exchange packages so customers are advised to follow the policy guidelines and also are recommended to use a service that provides tracking. 

 AUSTRALIAN EXCHANGE OR RETURN ORDERS

Email enquiry@charmae.com.au to receive authorisation for your return.  Please attach the return form to your email for approval.

Before returning please ensure you’ve read and understood our returns policy above. Any item/s returned that don’t meet our policy will be returned back to the customer and charged a returned shipping fee.

ALL exchanges processed on our Australian site include complimentary shipping when being sent back to you! Exchange requests are subject to item/s availability.

 INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE OR RETURN ORDERS

Email enquiry@charmae.com.au to receive authorisation for your return.  Please attach the return form to your email for approval.

C h a r m a é is not responsible to pay duties to receive the goods. If there is a charge it will be deducted from your final refund unless the item is deemed faulty and pre-approved.

Please note, we unfortunately cannot offer the complimentary shipping when sending back international exchanges.

 REFUND PAYMENT

 Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment within 7 business days of receiving the return parcel at HQ.  Notification will be sent to the provided email address at the time of processing the transaction.

EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENTS

C h a r m a é offers exchanges and or a replacement for another size, colour or item; (subject to product availability) for full price items.
These will be processed within 7 business days of the exchange being received by HQ.

SALE POLICY

All items on sale are not eligible for refund. We are happy to offer an exchange of size or style if the item is returned to us within 10 days of receipt and it meets the below requirements:

  • Sale is applied to selected styles only and excludes new season releases.
  • Sale prices are valid for our online store only.
  • C h a r m a é  does not offer any price matching or price adjustments of any form.
  • C h a r m a é  is unable to accept returns on any sale items purchased from our online store.
  • Please note that all sales are final so please choose carefully.
  • Sale items are only eligible for refund or credit note if faulty and are returned within 10 days of receipt.  
  • All exchanges on sale items need to be pre-approved by emailing enquiry@charmae.com.au to confirm that the desired exchange item is available.

 EXCHANGE VARIANCE IN VALUE

 A variance where payment is owed to the customer will be refunded as per the original order payment method.

 AFTERPAY will be accepted for the value of the original purchase only.

 FAULTY ITEMS

We're so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. If you have received an item that is damaged or possibly faulty, please contact customer service immediately on enquiry@charmae.com.au.   

NOTE: This excludes fair wear and tear.
