PAYMENT AND ORDER INFORMATION

CREDIT CARDS

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express only.

Any other card not listed will not be accepted and offer PayPal as the alternative.

PayPal express feature is available to speed through the checkout.

 
STORE-CREDIT AND GIFT CERTIFICATES

You can also use store-credit or a gift card and may be combined with any promotion.

SECURITY
In the event a credit card is used without the holder's authorisation, the cardholder must notify their credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures of your card provider.

CURRENCY

Australian and New Zealand customers’ orders will be charged in $AUD.
International customer orders will be charged in $USD. If you are shopping from outside the U.S. we recommend contacting your bank to find out their current currency exchange rate for accurate charges.

MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER

Once an order has been confirmed we are unable to make a change. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out and you can then place a new order for the correct products.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you would like to cancel your order, please be sure to contact us before 12pm AEST on the day the order has been placed. 

To cancel your order please contact enquiry@charmae.com.au or our team on +61498780864 as all orders will be processed by 12pm AEST and shipped within 1 – 3 days of placement.

PREORDERS

Pre-orders are items that are not in stock currently but expected at a later date.

The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product details.

If you place a pre-order, it is the same as an actual order.

You will be charged for the purchase and shipping when placing your order.

As soon as the shipment arrives in our warehouse you will be notified and the item will be picked for its dispatch.

For any orders where you have purchased a pre-order as well as in stock items, we will ship as the items are stocked. In this case your order will only occur one postage charge. There will be no additional charge for the later items sent.
